We offer a safe fun environment for learning and growth, with the goal of instilling excitement about learning through direct experiences for school aged children:
• Science. Photosynthesis, electromagnetic bells, circuitry and a light bulb, how trees grow, and more.
• Web pages. Introduction to HTML.
• Introduction to programming. Drag and drop programming using Alice (see alice.org for more info).
• Blogs. Students can learn to love writing by participating in.
• Typing. Kids these days need to be fast and nimble with their fingers; our camp offers a variety of fun typing tutorials.
• How to conduct research. One of the most important 21st Century skills, kids need to be able to conduct discriminating research.
• Word of the day. Increase vocabulary by using new words each day.
